February is for Fundraising (and launching)!

Sandia National Laboratories Federal Credit Unions in Rio Rancho and Albuquerque allowed us to fund raise in their lobbies.  We sold raffle tickets.  Both teams, Delta and Sigma, worked all day at locations across the city.

Peter and Jeremy's location was pretty slow, but we did well with friends and family donating after we posted a request on Facebook.

Here we are working for our money!

Domo and Lana did pretty well at their location.  We still have a long way to go.

February - Flying Squirrel on Deck!

The loss of the Pioneer hit the team hard, but everyone knows exactly what went wrong.  What was wrong we were rushed and we all weren't experts in our areas.  We regrouped and re-learned our jobs.  We became experts at loading the motors properly by having Peter and Domo load those over and over and over again.  It worked.  We had that down.  We did some more launches with the Flying Squirrel.

We gained some good data, but things were still off.  We added and removed ballast, but our data didn't seem to make sense.
